Young Shaheen Football Club tasted their 2nd defeat in a row. The game was played to take sweet revenge from the PAF Base Team of Peshawar but the game ended in disappointment for the Young Guns once again. There was a lack of experience strikers as they once again let the team down on several occasions.
The game started at 6:00 PM local time. This was 2nd game of Young Shaheen FC in just 5 days. YSFC started the game really well. The home side was force to drive a car infront of their own goal and just defend. From the very start Young Guns pushed for goals, after bottling plenty of chances finally the moment arrived, Kamran Sarfaraz was played through by Waheed Hameed but the Assist Machine could only manage to hit the Goal Keeper, this created another opportunity for on-loan striker jalal who scored the goal from close range. After just 5 minutes 2nd goal of the game was scored by Defensive Midfielder Naveed Hameed where he struck the ball in the back of the net with a low drive.
This created breathing space for Young Guns. Strikers and Midfielders went forward in search of the killer but were caught at the back. The PAF Base Team of Peshawar scored two goals in space of 10 min which completely changed the complexion of the game. Half time arrive with the scored line level on 2-2.
Second Half started brightly for the home team as they enjoyed maximum amount of possession. Mistakes were made at the back by Young Shaheen FC defenders which cost the team another goal. On 75th Min mark things went even worst for Young Guns when they were caught flat footed at the back. 4-2 was the score line at this stage. Many opportunities were provided to Ilyas, Jalal and Waheed Hameed, the striking force of YSFC but they couldn't capitalized. The game ended 4-2 in favour of PAF Base.
